The first couple of months were tough but I felt myself getting stronger and Just beat it T-shirt, v-neck, Hoodie. The weight wasn’t coming off very quickly though, and Damon suggested that I start using the “MyFitnessPal” app to log my food. We set a reasonable calorie goal and I tracked everything I ate. The first week I started using MyFitnessPal, I lost 2 pounds and I was hooked. I achieved my initial goal to lose 20 pounds, so we kept setting additional targets with my ultimate weight loss goal to be under 200 pounds.
