But I did do it. And it became one of my favorite exercises. Likewise, with the cable machine pull through basically stand with your back to the machine and pull the cables through your legs just under your groin, pull out then let it back in and repeat for the desired reps.

I won’t go into too much more detail but ye can Original if you like my pumpkins you should see my pie shirt, it’s going to build up the strength of my lower back, help me avoid injury, make my squat better-ill do it. And again, I now love it! Started doing it with 16kg on the stack and can now lift the full stack of I think 46kg doing it. I kept practicing something I was uncomfortable doing and became comfortable. I find myself using the phrase quite a lot. Last week in class we had to do presentations. Some ppl in the class were a bit nervous, as was I a small bit. But I knew it was going to benefit us. As personal trainers we need to become comfortable talking to other people, being asked questions etc. And we all did great.
