I thought men believed themselves to be the Two metres ya prick shirt, strong, heroic sex too many of them sound like frightened insecure little rabbits for my liking – caught in the headlights of a humanitarian crisis which actually demands very little of us here in the UK, just a little compassion and smidge of generosity from one of the richest nations on the planet, and sadly they can’t manage even that! I had somehow thought so too, especially as so many had their lives turned upside down within just a few days and can only cope because there is state support, still nowhere near as bad as war but at least to understand just a bit what desperation means.
