Once again it’s time to reflect on my progress. Let’s flashback to the picture on the left, after I workout so I can eat garbage shirt. That pregnancy was rough! I was on bed rest for 4 months and had gained a substantial amount of weight because of it. Don’t get me wrong, it was completely worth it because we got our perfectly healthy baby Rett but that pregnancy left me feeling insecure about the way I looked and I felt like garbage most of the time. I didn’t have the know-how, my eating habits were garbage, I didn’t know how to isolate muscle groups or time my eating to maximize my results.

You can feel frustrated, you can make excuses, you can whine about how unhealthy you are. And believe me, there’s no judgement in me saying that. I workout so I can eat garbage shirt these facts after years of trying to cheat the system and find my quick fix. Since the pic on the left was taken 2 years ago, I’ve gone through pregnancy, the sleepless nights of raising a baby, a challenging career move, starting my own home business “on the side” and I’m still trying to figure out how to keep my house clean, laundry done and my husband and daughter fed after putting more than 50 hours into my jobs each week.
